Asians Suit Miley Cyrus For $4 Billion Dollars
A woman from Los Angeles has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus, claiming she mocked Asians in a recent photo by slanting her eyes. Price tag: $4 billion.

TMZ report that Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life.”
Kim says in the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation — $4,000. Add it up — $4 billion dollars! Ouch!
Do you think the suit will proceed? I mean the picture it’s a so big offense to asian people? I have asian friends and some don’t like the picture, other don’t care, but a suit?

To be honest, I’m asian and I’m somewhat offended (barely offended) but I don’t think it’s worth sueing Miley Cyrus. I mean, what can you do? Sue Miley for being racist? I hate to say it but being racist isn’t against the law. I kind of see this as a way to get money.

So if I’m a big star, and I’m outside where the sun is in my eyes and I have to squint to keep the sun out of my eyes when a photo is taken, I’m a racist? Or if my eyes squint naturally when I smile? If you ask me it sounds a bit silly.

Thats just plain stupid she squints and everyone freaks out about it. Do you think in her mind when this picture was taken Miley was thinking oh Im going to offend Asian people. Anyone who is offended by this is retarded, people just try to find excuses to get money and if you say its not about the money then why dont they drop the suit. Grow up, this is the real world dont make a fit over something as dumb as this.
