I think this is just shameful that this child (yes, I said child) is allowed to present herself like this being that she is a rep for Disney. I believe this speaks volumes to the lack of involvement of her parents which is a huge disservice to her. I give her a handfull of months before she begins to spiral out of control and winds up in a posh beach-front celebrity rehab somewhere where the treatment will be just for show.
Obviously Miley is ill-prepared for the realities of life in the spotlight. And her father should know this so where is he with his experiences??? Being a celebrity, everything you do in public must be front page worthy becasue that’s where it’s going. Right?? Are there any exceptions?? No, there aren’t. Miley is a little girl who needs a knot snatched in her tail while it will still has a chance to be effective.
I for one am really disappointed in where I see this young lady headed. Not very long ago she was such a great role model for young girls, but look at her now – girating on stage like she belongs on a pole in a gentglemen’s club. It’s very sad what’s happening to our young people today. So much promise is kicked to the curb and replaced with slutty trashy beahavior that is apparently condoned by parents and business managers alike. Shameful and sad.

I get that this is her life and she gets to live it the way she wants to. However she is a child and her parents should be helping her, giving her good advice, and not letting her do whatever it is she wants to do. She represents Disney and in no way is she acting how I’d want a Disney star to act.
My 6 year old and 9 year old watch Hannah Montana daily. Right now I dont know if Im going to continue allowing them to watch her or not. On the show she doesnt act like this, but in real life its totally different. I do not want my girls growing up thinking that its ok to dance, dress, or act like this. Its up to me to determine what my children watch and Mileys parents are failing her. they need to stop thinking about the money and stop exploiting her and they need to start teaching her right from wrong.
BTW, some of these “scandals” are really nothing blown up into something. There are enough things she is doing wrong without actually creating something out of nothing.
